EP signed exclusive partnership with International Finance Corporation. The agreement has been signed under ECA Corporate Governance Program for supporting and facilitating best CG practices in Georgia.


Active collaboration with Georgian Institute of Directors on CG matters by promoting the best CG practices among the Georgian businesses. Moreover, both organizations have co-authored the Corporate Governance Code for Commercial Banks in Georgia.


Board member of International Chamber of Commerce Georgia business association where our Partner, Mr. Kuchava provides legal counselling, strategic direction and ensuring that good corporate governance practices are pursued.


MOU signed with Hall Booth Smith, PC, a U.S. law firm with headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia, thus becoming the first Georgian law firm to have an exclusive partnership with an American law firm.


Already for the fifth year EP supports law students of Tbilisi State University, GIPA and Caucasus University with provision of internship positions. Throughout this time already more than 30 students have successfully completed their academic internship at EP.
