2014 has indeed been a fortunate year for EP in terms of new clients acquired and new partnerships established. As of September, 2014 EP has signed an exclusive partnership with International Finance Corporation, a member of the World Bank Group. The agreement has been signed under ECA Corporate Governance Program for supporting and facilitating best Corporate Governance practices in Georgia.

As part of the ECA Corporate Governance Program initiative, together with Georgian Institute of Directors (GIOD), EP on regular basis will publish articles on Corporate Governance matters to support the advancement on CG practices adopted by companies and to promote sustainable governance practices among them. 

 “It is an honour to be part of such an important initiative and by sharing our knowledge and resources to steer Georgian business society towards internationally recognized governance practices,” said Revaz Beridze, managing partner of EP.
